Exoplanetary Raven Council

The Exoplanetary Raven council are a group of Elder Ravens that govern Which laws Ravens that are not on a Raven Planet have to follow. They also have a leading scientific team, and a spy team. They have no home planet, and are constantly being transported in fear of assassination. There are many people who would like the ERC dead, including a few illegal Raven organisations. They were set up in 26,162 BC.
